We are located on the third floor of the E-Space building, which is right on Pune Nagar Road. It’s a big building, A-2, so you can’t really miss it if you’re looking for the address. Working in healthcare services, specifically as a TPA, means we deal with a lot of paperwork and digital files every day. It’s not like a factory where you see things being made, but it’s busy in a different way. Our office is full of people on phones or typing away at their desks. We handle claims and help people figure out their medical stuff. It can be a bit stressful because health is personal, and people get worried. We try to keep things organized, though papers sometimes pile up during the busy season. The view from the third floor is mostly just the road and other buildings. Lunch breaks usually mean heading downstairs to find a quick bite. We’ve been in this Pune location for a while. It’s a professional setup, but we’re just regular people trying to do a decent job for folks who need their medical paperwork sorted out. Sometimes the internet goes slow, or the coffee machine acts up, just like any other office. We just keep pushing through the files and answering the calls as they come in, hoping we make the process a little easier for everyone involved.
