We operate out of Tapaswi Plaza, specifically units 88 to 94, right on the Mumbai Pune Road in Akurdi. It’s a big space because we have a lot of stuff going on. We are right opposite the Greaves Cotton building, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. Since we are on the main road, it’s very easy for the big trucks to get near us. The office can be quite noisy because of all the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We handle a lot of transport work, so there’s always someone coming in with a delivery note or looking for a driver. The floors are a bit scuffed from all the boots walking in and out all day. We have a small area where drivers can sit and wait while we get their papers ready. It’s not the most stylish office, but it’s functional for a transport company. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking on truck locations and delivery times. Sometimes we have to deal with missed pickups or traffic jams on the highway, which can be frustrating. We try to keep things organized, though the piles of paper on the desks might look messy to an outsider. We’ve been part of the Akurdi business scene for a long time and know most of the people around here. It's just hard work every day to keep the trucks moving and the goods delivered on time.
