V R S Industries

V R S Industries is located over at Plot No 1, B S No 45-2 in Bhosari. If you know the industrial area here, you know it’s a lot of concrete and metal sheds. Our place is one of those. We don’t have a big sign with bright lights or anything like that. Just a simple gate and the sound of work coming from inside. I’ve been working here since we opened this plot. It’s a lot of manual labor, moving parts around and making sure the machines are running right. Bhosari is a tough place to work sometimes because it gets so hot, but we’re used to it. We have a small crew, just a few of us who know the drills. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture for the office because we’re rarely sitting down anyway. Usually, we’re out on the floor checking the dimensions of whatever we’re making that day. We take our breaks together, sitting on the loading dock and watching the trucks go by on the main road. It’s not a complicated business. We get the raw materials in, we process them, and then they go out to the customers. We don’t make a big fuss about things. If a machine breaks, we fix it ourselves. We take pride in the fact that we can handle most things that come our way without needing outside help. That’s just the way we like to do things here in the workshop.
