Our spot is located at 135/1 on the Pashanbaner Link Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially since it connects up near the National Highway 8 and the Narol Ishanpur Road. Being builders means we are always looking at how the city is expanding. We spend a lot of time in the office here planning out the next steps for our projects. It’s not a quiet place because of the highway traffic, but we don’t mind the noise. We have been around this area for a while and know the local landscape well. Most of our work involves managing crews and making sure materials arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things get delayed, that’s just the nature of building things. Our office is a practical space, full of files and old site photos. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; we just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. People in Pashan and Baner know the name because they see our signs at the sites. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes a lot of stress, but we like seeing a project finally get finished after months of work. We are just local people trying to build decent places for others to live.
