UV Builders

We are based in Warje Malwadi, right there in Sahu Colony at plot 1010. UV Builders is basically a small team that spends most of the time on construction sites or looking at blueprints in the office. The office isn't much to look at, just some chairs and piles of files, but it’s where we plan things out. Warje is a growing area so there is always noise and something being built nearby. We grew up around here and know the streets pretty well. Most of our day is spent talking to laborers or checking on materials like sand and bricks. Building things is slow work and sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep at it. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just put up walls and make sure the roofs stay on. Sahu Colony is a nice quiet spot compared to the main road, which we appreciate. You can usually find one of us sitting at the desk with a cup of tea trying to figure out a site problem. We don’t have a big fancy website or a sales team. People just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign at the colony. It's a simple life of measuring things and making sure the levels are right. We’ve been at 1010 for a bit and it feels like home now. It's just us doing the best we can with the bricks we have.
