Usha Dental Clinic

We are over at A 3 Nanak Niwas in Balaji Nagar. If you know where Ellora Medicals is, we are right opposite that. Balaji Nagar is a crowded area and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. Our clinic, Usha Dental Clinic, is on the ground floor which makes it easy for people to just walk in. The room is a bit small but we've squeezed in everything we need. We have the main dental chair in the center and a small desk where we keep the patient files. It’s all paper files here, nothing fancy on computers. We see a lot of people from the nearby apartments. Most of them come in when they have a toothache that won't go away. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few charts showing how to brush correctly. The building, Nanak Niwas, is an older one but it stays cool enough in the summer. We spend our mornings setting things up and our evenings cleaning up. It’s a routine we’ve had for a long time. People usually recognize us when we are out getting tea or snacks nearby. We don't use big words to explain things to our patients. We just tell them what is wrong and what we can do to fix it. It is a very direct way of working. We like it that way and so do the locals who come here.
