Urmila Krishna Happiness Foundation

Our foundation is located in the Tuscan Estate, specifically in Flat A2 201 on the second floor. It is in the Kharadi area of Pune, which has grown so much in the last few years. The complex is quite nice, but once you step inside our door, it’s just a normal working space. We don't have any fancy glass partitions or expensive art. It is mostly just a bunch of desks, some shelves for our folders, and a lot of power cables running across the floor. We named it the Urmila Krishna Happiness Foundation, and we try to keep the vibe in the office pretty light. We have a small balcony where we keep some pots, and sometimes we sit out there to get some fresh air. It’s not a very big team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don't have formal meetings with agendas. We just talk while we work. Kharadi can be a bit loud with all the construction nearby, but inside the flat, it’s mostly just the sound of us typing and the occasional phone ringing. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone comes to the door, we just get up and see who it is. It’s a very humble, local way of doing things. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We just want to do our work and keep the place running. It’s a comfortable, honest little office where real work gets finished.
