UPSTREET VENTURES LLP

Upstreet Ventures is based out of Bibewadi in Pune. We are in Flat 5 of the Jaypratap Building. It’s located inside the Adarsh Housing Society on Plot 9. The society is quite old and has a lot of trees around, which makes it feel different from the more crowded parts of the city. Finding the right building can be a little confusing because the survey numbers are a bit mixed up around here. We’ve got a small sign on the door, but otherwise, it looks just like any other flat in the building. Inside, we’ve set up our workspaces as best as we could. We have a few tables pushed together and some storage for our documents. It’s a very quiet place to work, which we appreciate. There isn't a lot of foot traffic coming through, so we can usually focus on our tasks without many interruptions. We aren't some big venture firm with a lobby or a coffee bar. We just make our own tea in the small kitchen area. The people living in the society are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Most of our work involves a lot of planning and looking at numbers on our screens. It’s a modest office but it’s where everything happens for us. We’ve been here at S No 694/1 for a while and it suits our needs perfectly.
