We are located in the Navratna Housing Society over in Vadgoansheri. The office is inside a building called Jaimala. It is a typical Pune neighborhood where things are always growing and changing. Our team at Unnatti Construction Pvt.Ltd. spends most of the time planning out the next steps for our projects. Being based in a housing society makes it feel a lot more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We often see the residents walking by while we are working on our computers or looking at site photos. The office is a bit crowded with all the files and samples we have lying around. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea to keep us going through the long afternoons. Vadgoansheri has gotten quite busy lately, so getting to the sites can take longer than it used to. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. It is a very straightforward way of doing things. We try to stay organized, but with so many things happening at once, the desks usually look a bit messy. It is a local operation through and through. We know the local suppliers and the people who work the shops nearby. That is just our daily life here in the 411014 area.
