Universal Tools Incorporated

Universal Tools Incorporated is right on the 4th Main Devasandra Main Road, directly opposite Tata Motors. It’s a very busy spot in Pimpri. You can’t miss the sound of the traffic and the big factory across the way. We are at F/2, which is a decent-sized space for all the tools we keep in stock. It’s not a quiet place to work, but we like the energy of the road. Most of our day is spent helping people find the right bit or piece they need for their own jobs. The shelves are packed, and sometimes it takes a minute to dig out the exact item. We aren't big on organization systems that require computers for everything; we usually just know where things are from memory. The shop floor is concrete and gets a bit oily, which is expected in a tool place. We’ve been here long enough that the regulars don't even need to give the address anymore. They just say they’re heading to the place across from Tata. We don't do much in the way of advertising. We just open the doors and see who comes in. It’s a simple way to run things. Universal Tools is just a bunch of us who know our hardware and don't mind getting our hands dirty. It’s practical work for practical people. That’s about all there is to it.
