Univastu Charitable Foundation

Our office is over in Balwantpuram Samrajya, up on the fourth floor of Wing M in Building L7. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren't used to the layout of S/No. 110/1/A or the CTS number. We’ve been using Flat 401 for the foundation's work for a while now. It’s a regular residential building, so it stays pretty quiet which is good for getting things done. We have a small setup with a couple of computers and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full. The view from the balcony is alright, you can see the rest of the complex. We aren't a big organization with hundreds of staff. It’s just a handful of us managing the charitable stuff day by day. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because the main desk is covered in papers. People from the building sometimes drop by. We try to keep things simple and honest. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, whoever is free just does it. The elevator in Wing M can be a bit slow during the mornings when everyone is heading out. We’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building though. It’s a practical space for what we do. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because it’s better used for the foundation's actual work. It’s a straightforward operation and we like it that way. No need for anything extra.
