Our setup is split between Shankar Nagar in Pandhurna and our other spot in Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur. It means some of us are always on the road moving between the two. The Pandhurna office is in Chhindwara district, so we deal with a lot of stuff happening in that area. Nagpur is more of a central hub for us when we need to get supplies or meet with different contractors. It’s a bit of a juggle keeping track of everything across both sites, but we’ve managed it for years. Most mornings start with a lot of phone calls to check where the trucks are or if the rain has stopped work on a particular stretch of road. We handle a lot of the heavy infrastructure work that people don't think about much until it's finished. The office in Bajaj Nagar gets quite cramped when everyone is back from the field at once. We usually just grab a tea nearby and talk through what needs to happen the next day. There isn’t a lot of time for polishing reports; we just write down what happened and move on. It’s a practical way of working. Some of us have been with Unity Infraprojects for a long time and know the roads around here like the back of our hands. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get things done without too much fuss.
