Unity Infraprojects Ltd.

Our office is behind the Rathi Hostel in Gadge Nagar, Amravati. It’s a quiet enough spot, tucked away from the main noise of the city. We are S.R. Deshmukh’s place, representing Unity Infraprojects Ltd. in this part of Maharashtra. The location is easy to find if you know where the hostel is. We have a basic setup here with just enough space for our files, a few computers, and a place to sit and talk through the project plans. Most of the time, the office is half-empty because everyone is out at the actual sites. We do a lot of infrastructure work, so there is always a need to be on the ground. When we are in the office, we are usually catching up on reporting or ordering materials. It’s not a fancy place at all. The walls are plain, and we don't have any of those corporate posters. We just drink our tea and go through the daily logs. Amravati has its own pace, and we try to work within that. We know the local suppliers and the local workers, which makes things easier. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Our days are full enough just keeping the projects moving and making sure the sites have what they need to continue. Sometimes the heat slows us down, but we find ways to keep the momentum going.
