You’ll find our office at Flat-9 in the B Wing of Krushnai Ashirwad Apartments over in Vidya Nagar. It’s in Pune-27, a part of town that’s seen a lot of growth lately. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels quite different from those big glass towers you see in the city center. We’ve converted the space into a workspace for our infrastructure team. There are desks where there used to be a dining area, and the kitchen is mostly used for making endless cups of tea. We work on various construction jobs across the state. The files are stacked up in the corners, and there’s always someone coming in with mud on their boots from a site visit. It’s a practical way to run things without spending too much on fancy rentals. We know the neighbors, and they know us as the construction people. It can get a bit crowded when we have meetings with the engineers. We don’t have a receptionist to greet you; you just knock and come in. We’re usually busy looking at maps or talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s a straightforward setup where we just try to get through the daily list of tasks. We aren't looking for awards; we just want the projects to get finished so we can move on to the next one without too much trouble.
