You can find Unity Infraprojects Ltd at Shuvshilp Apt. We are on the first floor in Flat No.04. It’s on Paud Road in Kothrud, which is a pretty well-known part of Pune-38. The office is basically an apartment that we converted into a workspace. It feels a bit like home because of that. We even have a small balcony where we sometimes take breaks. Paud Road is always busy, so there’s a lot of noise from the bikes and cars outside. Inside, it’s a different story. We are usually buried in work. There are files everywhere and the printers are almost always running. We’ve got a handful of people here who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how we take our tea. It’s a local operation. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. We just deal with the daily grind of infrastructure work. Kothrud is a good place to be because everything is close by. If we need supplies or a quick snack, we just walk down the stairs. The space is a bit cramped when everyone is in, but it works for us. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We just want to get the work finished so we can head home to our families. It’s simple, honest work in a regular Pune neighborhood.
