You can find our office at Varad Apartments in Yashwant Nagar, which is right near the Talegaon Dhabade station. It is a lot quieter out here than in the main part of Pune city, which our team actually prefers. Unity Infraprojects Ltd is what we call ourselves. The office is located on the ground floor at number 9. It is a very simple setup. We do not have a fancy waiting room with expensive magazines or a receptionist to greet you. Most of the time, our people are out at the actual construction sites anyway. We handle the technical side of building things like roads and bridges. Living and working so close to the station means we see the daily commuters every morning and evening. It reminds us why good infrastructure actually matters to regular people. We have had some tough years when certain projects got stalled, but we are still standing and working. Our team consists mostly of local guys who do not mind getting their hands dirty. We tend to talk more about cement prices and labor schedules than anything else. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit outside and talk shop until the lights come back on. It is a humble way to run a business, and we are fine with that. We are not looking to be famous, just reliable for the work we do.
