Our office is over in the Cosmos Building, specifically in the Z Wing at unit 403. Being located in Magarpatta City within Hadapsar means there is always a lot of movement and noise around us. Unity Infraprojects Ltd has been operating from this Pune address for a good while. Most of our day is spent dealing with site reports, talking to contractors, and trying to keep our projects on some kind of schedule. It gets pretty loud in here when everyone is on their mobile phones at the same time. We are not the type of people to wear stiff suits unless it is absolutely necessary for a meeting. Usually, you will find us in plain clothes and boots. The Magarpatta area has grown so fast that it is hard to keep up sometimes. Being on the infrastructure side of things gives us a different view of how the city is expanding. Our office is not a showpiece; it is just a place where we manage the heavy lifting. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and the mood gets a bit low, but we keep moving. We handle a lot of paperwork and even more phone calls to ensure that steel and cement arrive where they are supposed to go. We have had our fair share of struggles like any other business in Pune. The traffic near Hadapsar is always a headache, but we just deal with it and focus on the work at hand.
