Unity Infraprojects Limited has an office at the Chatrapati Shivaji Sports Complex in Mahalunge Village. It is handled by Bandaru Gowthamkumar. This location is quite specific because we are right inside the sports complex grounds. Pune is a big city and Mahalunge used to feel like it was far out, but now it is really becoming part of the main hub. Our office is more like a site office than a corporate headquarters. We have everything we need to manage our projects, from blueprints to local permits. It’s often loud outside with people training or events happening, but we’ve gotten used to the noise. We don't use any fancy management speak here. We just talk about what needs to be built and how long it’s going to take. Gowthamkumar keeps us busy with a lot of the technical details. The space is a bit messy with rolls of paper and various samples of materials. We don't mind it though because it shows we are actually working. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable for being out on a dusty site. It’s a straightforward way to work. We enjoy the fresh air you get out here compared to being stuck in the middle of the city traffic. It’s a good place for our team to stay focused on the real work. It isn't always glamorous, but we get a lot of satisfaction when a project finally comes together.
