Unity Infraprojects Limited

We are over here at Unity Infraprojects Limited in Hadapsar. If you know Magarpatta City, you basically know where we are. Our office is actually in the Cosmos-Z building, Flat Number 403 to be exact. Mr. Manoj Bhosale is the one handling things here at this branch. It isn’t some big flashy glass building or anything like that. It’s more of a regular place where we get the work done every day. Pune is growing so fast, especially this side of town, so being here makes sense for the projects we keep track of. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Hadapsar. People often ask if we are inside the main city or further out, and we usually just say look for the landmarks near Magarpatta. There are quite a few of us working out of this flat. We don’t have any fancy receptionists or coffee machines that make lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. Most days are pretty busy with paperwork and coordination. It’s been our spot for a while now. We know the neighbors and the local shops around here pretty well. If you come by, you’ll see we are just a bunch of regular people trying to keep things moving on the construction side. It’s hard work but we are used to it by now.
