We are situated in Subash Nager, specifically at Ishwaraj Desai’s place on Mulaj Road. This is Unity Infraproject Ltd. based here in Omerga within the Osmanabad district. It’s a quiet part of Maharashtra, and our office reflects that. We aren't a big city firm with fancy suits. Most of us wear work boots and carry measuring tapes. Our daily routine involves checking on site progress and talking to local vendors. The office has all our project files and some old furniture that’s seen better days. We focus on the practical side of construction. People around here know us as the ones working on the local infrastructure projects. Sometimes we have to travel quite a distance across the district to reach our work sites. The roads can be rough, but we have to get there regardless of the weather. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. There’s no point in making big promises we can't keep. It’s hard work, often under the hot sun, but there is a sense of satisfaction when a project is finished. We have been in Omerga for a while now and understand the local conditions well. We just do our best with the tools we have and the people we know. It is about getting the job finished properly.
