We are based in Pune at Bavdhan. The office is at Manjiri D.S.K. Ranwara. Just a bunch of people working on infrastructure projects. It’s busy here. We deal with construction and site work. We have been here for a while. Usually, there's a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People drop by sometimes to talk about local builds. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular office setup. We keep track of the labor and the materials. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes things slow, but we manage. If you look for 404 in the Ranwara complex, that is us. We handle a lot of the technical side of things here. It's a lot of site plans spread out on desks. Some of the guys are out in the field most of the week. We keep a pot of tea going. It gets noisy when everyone is in at once. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Bavdhan has grown quite a bit. Being in the construction business means we see that change first-hand. We just try to get the work done right without too much fuss. It's a practical job. We deal with suppliers and contractors daily. Not every day is easy, but we stick to the schedule as much as we can. We've got files stacked up from old projects too. It’s part of the job. We know the local roads.
