Our setup is quite simple and tucked away in a residential society, which keeps things quiet when we are doing our planning and office work. Most of our actual work happens out on various project sites. We handle things like construction management and getting the right materials to the right places. It is a lot of logistics and talking to different crews. We do not have a big sign or a fancy lobby. We just have our desks and our equipment. The people here are straightforward and we try to be the same. We know the local area well since we have been here for a while. Sometimes the weather in Nagpur gets incredibly hot, which slows down the work on the sites, but we try to manage the schedules around that. We are not interested in sounding like a big city firm. We are just local people who know how to build things and keep projects moving forward. We take it one day at a time and try to stay busy. That is how we work.
