We are located over in Bhosarigoan, specifically in Devyani Nagar at Survey Number 483. It’s an industrial patch where everyone is making something or other. Our units are Plot 4/5. We’ve been producing auto parts here for quite a while. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and there’s a constant hum from the lathes. It’s not the cleanest place, but that’s the nature of auto work. We have a small team of guys who know how to handle the equipment. Most of our day is spent checking dimensions and making sure the parts are coming out of the machines correctly. We don't have a big corporate office or a sales team. If someone needs something, they usually just come to the gate or give us a call on the landline. The neighborhood is full of small shops like ours, so there’s always a lot of activity on the street. Logistics can be a headache sometimes when the trucks are trying to navigate the narrow lanes of Bhosari. We just take it one day at a time. It’s hard work and the hours can be long when we have a big order to finish. We don't do much talking; we mostly just let the machines do their thing. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Every piece matters.
