Our office is called Yashwant, and it’s located at 283/64 in Chinchwad, Pune. This area is very busy with all the factories and warehouses nearby. Unison Project Management is basically a small team of us who stay here and try to keep things organized. We aren't a giant firm with a thousand employees. It’s more of a personal setup. We have our desks and our computers, and usually, there are a lot of files piled up because managing projects involves a lot of documents. Chinchwad is a good place for us because it’s close to a lot of the companies we work with. The building itself is nothing special, just a solid place to get work done. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time talking to clients on the phone or over email. Sometimes the traffic in Pune makes it hard for people to get here, so we do a lot of our meetings virtually now, but we are still in the office every day. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a bit and people know where to find us. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We just help manage projects and try to keep everything on schedule as much as possible.
