We’re Unique Tools Authorised Distributors and we operate out of a few spots, including Bhosarigoan and the Kailash Complex over in Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, Vikhroli West. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we’ve been around these parts long enough that people know where to find the tools. The office in Vikhroli is usually where the main paperwork happens. It’s not a shiny corporate office, just a place with plenty of desks and stacks of catalogs. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the distribution side of things doesn't get backed up. Dealing with tools means things can get heavy and a bit messy, so the floor isn't always sparkling. We don't have a team of people to write polished speeches for us. We just tell it like it is. If we have the tool in stock, we’ll tell you. If we don’t, we’ll try to find out when it’s coming. It’s just basic distribution work. Some days are long, especially when shipments are delayed, but we just deal with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to keep the local workshops supplied. You’ll find us mostly busy with the logistics. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we do here in Vikhroli and Powai. Just regular folks trying to get the right tools to the right people every single day.
