We’re based out here in Pune, Maharashtra, dealing with all sorts of things that people need help with. It is a typical office setup, nothing too special to look at. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and too many cables running across the floor. Pune is a big city and the traffic to get here every morning is a real pain, but we make it in anyway. Most of our day is spent on the phone or staring at computer screens trying to figure out why something isn't working for a client. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of people. It is just a small group of us who know how to fix things. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what the day brings. Sometimes it is software stuff, other times it is just giving advice on how to set something up. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It has got its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes stops between floors. We don't have any grand goals. We just want to get the work done and keep the customers satisfied so they call us again next time. It is straightforward work for us and we just keep at it every single day. (252 words)
