Unicus Sports And Welfare Foundation

Our foundation, Unicus Sports And Welfare, is located in the Shivajinagar area of Pune. We are situated in the Krushi Co-operative Housing Society on Plot Number 20A, 98/2B. It’s a nice part of town, relatively central but tucked away enough that it isn't too noisy. The society has a lot of trees and it feels quite peaceful compared to the main roads. We have a small office space here where we manage everything. It’s basically just a room with some basic furniture and a computer. We don't really have a front desk or any staff to greet you at the door. Usually, it's just one or two of us working through the tasks of the day. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and being in Shivajinagar makes it easy to get around to other parts of town when we need to. Our setup is very basic. We don’t believe in spending money on expensive decor or high-end office supplies. We’d rather just keep the lights on and focus on the foundation. The building is older, with a bit of character to it. We know the neighbors, and they are used to us being around. It’s an honest, simple way to run things. We don't have any big speeches or polished presentations. We just come in, do the work, and go home. That is the way we’ve always done it here.
