Our office for Unica Building Solution Pvt.Ltd is over in Pune. We are specifically located at Row House No.5 in Uttam Nagar. It is pretty easy to find because we are right near the Ahere Bus Stop. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long, which is something you just get used to. The place belongs to Mr. Saxsena and we have been operating out of here for some time now. It feels more like a home than a strict office which is nice for the team. We have a few rooms set up with computers and some drawing boards for the technical stuff. Usually, there is a lot of talk about materials and scheduling. Pune weather is usually okay but when it rains, it really pours down on the roof and makes it hard to hear. We just keep our heads down and get through the work regardless of the weather. There are a few other row houses around and the neighbors are all used to us being here by now. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk. It is a simple setup for a building business. We spend a lot of time visiting sites and then coming back here to update the logs. It is a lot of back and forth but that is how building works. We try to stay organized but things get messy when we are busy. That is just how it is.
