Ummid Help Foundation

We are located in the Pyramid County complex over in Mulshi, specifically at Gat No 99, Building A2, Flat 804. Ummid Help Foundation is basically run out of this apartment. Pune is a big place, but Mulshi has its own specific feel to it. Working from a flat means it is usually pretty quiet, which helps when we have a lot of things to get through. We are not some big agency with a lobby or a secretary. It is just us and our laptops. The view from the window is nice, which is a bonus on those really long days. We spend a lot of time on emails and coordinating different things from here. It gets a bit messy with papers sometimes because there is not a lot of storage space in a residential flat, but we know where everything is kept. Most of the people we deal with talk to us over the phone or online anyway. If someone does come by to see us, they usually just sit at the dining table. It is a very informal way of doing things, but it keeps our costs down and lets us focus on the actual work. Pyramid County is a decent place to be based. It is a bit of a drive from the main city center of Pune, but we prefer it that way. We just keep doing our thing, day by day, trying to be helpful from our small office here.
