Uma Plastoware Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Plot No. B7 and B8 in the 'H' Block of Midc Morwadi, Pimpri. It is a large industrial area and we have been here for a long time. The plot has our factory building where we do all the plastic manufacturing. It can get quite hot inside, especially during the summer months when the machines are all running at once. There is always the smell of heated plastic in the air. We have a small office section at the front where we handle the billing and the phone calls, but the real heart of the place is the factory floor. We have several big machines that run through the day. The yard outside is often filled with bags of raw material or crates ready to be shipped out. We have a small team of workers who live in the local Pimpri area. It’s a very practical and no-nonsense environment. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. We just focus on getting the orders out on time. Sometimes the trucks for delivery get delayed in the Midc traffic, which can be frustrating. But we just deal with it as it comes. It’s an honest day’s work for all of us. We keep our heads down and just keep the machines going. It’s been our routine for many years now at B7 and B8.
