Ultraseal India Pvt Ltd / Regloplas Ag

Our shop is located at 43/1 in the D2 Block of the MIDC area on Telco Road in Chinchwad. It is a massive industrial belt and we are right in the thick of it. Ultraseal India and Regloplas Ag share this space. Dealing with sealing systems and temperature control units means there is always some kind of testing going on in the back. The sounds of Chinchwad are mostly trucks and the hum of factory lines, and our place fits right in. The floor is marked with yellow lines for safety, though they have faded over the years. A mix of old-school mechanics and people who are better with the digital side of things makes up our group. It’s a good balance. The office part is a bit cramped because spare parts are stored in every available corner. Usually, a pot of coffee is going, though tea is more popular in the afternoons. It is not the kind of place where you worry about getting your shoes dirty. Making sure the equipment works and that our customers get what they need without any unnecessary delay is the main goal. Sometimes staying late is necessary to finish a repair, but nobody complains much. We just get it done. It’s a solid place to work and we have been part of this industrial community for quite a while now.
