We are located at 917 North Kasaba, which is a fairly busy part of Solapur. If you come by, you’ll see our stacks of tiles piled up. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the inventory, but we make it work. We spend our days helping people pick out something for their bathrooms or hallways. It’s nothing fancy, just a lot of heavy lifting and moving boxes around. The air is always a bit chalky from the tiles, and we usually have a cup of tea sitting somewhere on a crate. We’ve stayed in North Kasaba because it’s easy for the local trucks to find us. We know most of the people who walk in by their first names. It’s not a polished corporate environment; it’s more of a place where we talk about measurements and cement. Sometimes we run out of a specific pattern and have to wait for the next delivery, which can be a bit of a headache, but that’s life in the tile business. We just try to keep things moving. There’s a lot of noise from the street outside and the occasional sound of a tile being cut. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here at the shop, working through the orders and making sure the stacks don’t fall over. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We just do our bit every day without any drama.
