Our office and workshop are located on the first floor over at 166 Sinhagad Road Nanded Phata. It is an interesting spot because you wouldn’t necessarily expect a precision shop to be right there, but it works for us. We spend most of our hours looking at very small details. Spindles are tricky things. If they are off by even a tiny bit, nothing else works right. Most of the staff here have been working with these parts for a long while, so they have a feel for the metal. It’s not just about the machines; it’s about knowing how the material reacts to heat and speed. Sometimes the work is slow because we have to be careful. We don’t rush things just to get them out the door. The floor isn't massive, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of orders coming in at once. We usually have tea together in the afternoon and talk about what needs fixing. It’s a quiet kind of workplace compared to a big foundry. We listen to the sound of the lathes and grinders to make sure everything is running smooth. If a bearing sounds wrong, we stop and check. That's the way it has to be when you are dealing with precision parts. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
