ULE NIDHI LIMITED

We are based in Ulewadi, which is part of South Solapur. Our post office is Ule and the local area is 413001. We are a small Nidhi company right here in the village. We aren’t located in a big city center with lots of noise. It’s much quieter out here. Our office is just a simple building where we manage the local accounts. We don’t have a lot of employees. It is usually just a couple of us handling everything. We know nearly everyone who walks through the door. It’s the kind of place where you stop for a chat as much as for business. We don't have a big corporate mission or anything like that. We just help our neighbors with their money. The office has basic furniture and we keep the windows open to let the air in. It gets quite warm in Solapur, so we just do what we can to stay cool. We don’t use any polished language or marketing tricks. We just tell people the facts. If they want to save, we help them save. It is very straightforward. We’ve been a part of Ule for a long time. Our desks are a bit worn out and the chairs squeak sometimes, but it doesn't matter. We are just here to do the work and be a part of the local life. It’s a very grounded way of doing things without any fancy decorations or complicated rules.
