Our small team for Ugc Logistics Pvt Ltd works out of Shweta Apartment in Karvenagar. It’s located at S. No. 34/12 in a part of Pune that feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a business zone. We like it that way. The office is tucked away in the apartment building, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our days dealing with logistics paperwork and making sure everything is in order for our clients. There are about five of us here most days. We have a couple of old desks and chairs that have been around since we started. It’s not a place for fancy client meetings. Mostly, we are on the phone or typing away at our computers. Karvenagar is a nice area with plenty of trees, which makes the walk to the office pleasant. We often bring our own lunches and eat together in the small kitchenette. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just try to do our work well so we don't have too many headaches later. Shipping and logistics can be a bit unpredictable, especially with the Pune traffic and various regulations. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our records straight. It’s a regular job for regular people who know the transport business well enough to stay busy.
