Uday Construction,Pune

Our office is located in Building No. 14, Flat No. 15 of the Vardhaman Society in Gultekadi, Pune. It’s an older residential society, and Uday Construction, Pune, has been operating from here for a long time. The flat has been converted into a workspace, so it has a very homey feel to it. We have desks in the living room area and use the bedrooms for storage and meetings. It’s not a polished corporate office by any means. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture is a bit mismatched, but it’s comfortable for us. Gultekadi is a decent area, though it gets quite congested during the peak hours. We usually hear the sounds of kids playing in the society grounds or people washing their cars downstairs. It’s a very normal, everyday atmosphere. We don't have a big marketing department or any fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know where we are and what we do. We spend our mornings going through plans and checking on our various schedules. In the afternoons, things usually quiet down a bit, and we catch up on our emails. We like being in a residential society because it feels less isolated than a big commercial tower. We are just regular people doing our jobs in a quiet corner of Pune. It’s a simple setup that has served us well for many years now.
