Ucm &Epl Pune

You can find us at Flat No-13/A in the Residen-1 Phase of Maitreya Baug. We are located at Sr No-79/14, which is near R.M. Construction on Paud Road in Kothrud, Pune. It’s a residential area, so it’s fairly calm compared to the main city market. Ucm &Epl Pune is basically just a small office setup inside this apartment complex. We chose this spot because it’s easy for us to get to, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for guests. The office itself is just like any other flat, with a small kitchen area where we make our coffee and a few rooms filled with computers and files. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking on the phone. From the window, we can see the other buildings in the society and the hills in the distance when the weather is clear. Pune weather is usually nice, so we keep the windows open a lot of the time. It’s not a very formal place. We often wear casual clothes and just focus on the tasks at hand. There’s a lot of construction going on nearby, so there is usually some noise during the day. We are just a group of people working hard in a quiet corner of Kothrud. We don’t have a fancy entrance, just a doorbell and a small nameplate. It’s a very practical way to run things, and it works well for our small team.
