Tyco International has its base here in Pune, specifically at Flat No 8 in Saishradh Appartment. Tingre Nagar is a decent area to work out of, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We aren’t some massive glass tower; we’re just tucked away in a residential building. It feels more like a home than an office most days. We’ve got our computers set up and a small table for lunch breaks. Working from Saishradh Appartment means we’re close to everything, which helps when we have to run errands or grab a quick bite. The atmosphere is pretty quiet usually, apart from the occasional delivery bike outside. We spend most of our time coordinating things from here. It isn't a place with a lot of signage or anything flashy. It's just us doing our jobs in Pune-32. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we take the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We like being part of this neighborhood. There’s a tea stall nearby that everyone goes to. Our team is small, just a few people sitting around making sure everything runs okay. We don't really do the corporate suit and tie thing here. It’s more about getting the work done and heading home to our families. It’s a practical setup for what we need to do. Just a regular bunch of people in a regular apartment block, keeping the wheels turning for the company.
