This branch is over in Vishrant Wadi, specifically near Datta Mandir on Dhanori Road. We are located at Shahu Park, on Road No. 13, Survey No: 55/2. It’s a fairly residential spot, so it’s a bit quieter than some of our other locations. We’ve been working out of this Bahirav Nagar area for quite a while now. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of site permissions and plans. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and people interested in the local projects. It feels more like a community spot here because we are so close to the houses and the temple. We don't have a big marketing team; it’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff ourselves. If there is a problem at a site, one of us just goes down there to look at it. We’ve gotten to know the local shops around Road 13 pretty well. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't trying to be the biggest developers in Pune, just trying to do our part in this neighborhood. Most of our days are spent checking on progress and making sure the supplies arrived. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the Vishrant Wadi area. There is always someone coming by to ask about the latest updates, and we do our best to answer them plainly.
