Even though the name says Pune, this specific office is actually out in Erandol, in the Jalgaon district. It’s a different vibe out here compared to the big city. We handle the development work for this area, and our setup is as simple as it gets. There’s no fancy glass building here, just a practical space where we can meet and talk about the land and projects. Most of the people we deal with are local folks from the Taluka. We spend a lot of time traveling between sites in the district. The dust and the heat are part of the job, and we don't mind it much. We’ve been here long enough that we know how things work in Jalgaon. It’s not like the fast-paced life in Pune; things take a bit more time here, and we are fine with that.
