You can find us at the Whisteling Palm building, specifically A2 on the ground floor. We are right in the Kaspate Vasti area of Wakad, which has grown so much lately. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the Yashoda Mangal Karyalay, which most people use as a landmark. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in and talk to us about what we are building. The office is usually a bit dusty because of all the construction happening nearby, but that’s just how it is in development. We spend our days looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure things are moving along. Wakad is a busy place now, and we’ve seen all these buildings go up over the years. We aren't some giant corporation with a thousand employees; we are just a local team trying to get these projects finished. Sometimes the paperwork takes forever, and we get a bit frustrated, but we keep at it. It’s just us here, usually drinking some water and looking at site plans. We don't put on any acts. If you come by, you’ll see us just as we are, working on the next stage of the building. It takes a lot of time to get everything right, but we enjoy the process of seeing things grow.
