We are based out in Walchandnagar, which is quite a distance from the main Pune city. Our setup is in the Post Colony, at F2/5. It’s an engineering place, so there is usually some kind of grease or metal parts lying around somewhere. We’ve been here for years, and most of the guys living nearby work in the same kind of trade. Sagar handles a lot of the emails and calls, and his number is usually the one people call when they need something fixed or made. It’s a quiet colony for the most part, except for the sounds of tools and the occasional truck passing by. We aren't a massive factory with thousands of workers, just a dedicated crew doing engineering work day in and day out. Sometimes we work late if a job needs finishing. The weather out here gets pretty hot in the summer, but the workshop stays okay. We do a lot of our business through phone calls and the internet these days, though people still drop by sometimes. It’s a straightforward operation. No fancy suits or boardrooms here, just work clothes and practical solutions.
