Tvslogistics Services Ltd is located right in the middle of the Pimpri industrial hub in Pune. If you know Pimpri, you know how loud and crowded it gets with all the factories and heavy vehicles around. Our days start early, usually before the sun is even fully up, because that is when the big movements happen. The office is tucked away in a corner of the district, and it’s always filled with the sound of trucks idling outside or the clatter of the nearby workshops. We have a small crew here, and we mostly focus on keeping the schedules straight. It’s a bit of a puzzle sometimes, trying to fit everything into the daily plan while dealing with the local traffic. We don’t have any slick presentations or polished speeches. We just sit at our desks, drink our chai, and make sure the cargo gets moved out of the yard. Sometimes the computers act up or a driver gets lost, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that’s just part of the routine. We’ve been around this part of Pune for a long time, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. Despite the noise and the dust, we like being here in the thick of things. It’s honest work, and we just try to keep the wheels turning as best as we can.
