Down in Indapur, we run the Tvs Logistics operations through the Raut Agency. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Pune city center, but being out here in the district has its own advantages for the kind of work we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where the work happens every day. We spend most of our time dealing with the local transport needs and making sure the distribution side of things doesn't stall. Indapur is a key spot for us. The staff here knows the local roads like the back of their hands. You won't find us using a lot of complicated systems; we mostly rely on good communication and making sure everyone knows their route. Things can get a little dusty and loud with the trucks moving in and out, but that’s just how the logistics business is. We’ve had some long days when the weather was bad or the roads were blocked, but we usually find a way through. It’s a practical setup.
