Tvs Logistics is located over at Vilas Deep, Plot No. 50 in Sector 27. If you know the Pradhikaran area in Nigdi, you probably know where we are. We are out here in Pune, near the Chakan side of things. It’s a busy industrial area, so there are always trucks moving and people going back and forth. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep the files and manage the logistics work. We deal with a lot of transport stuff in and out of Maharashtra. The heat can get pretty bad in the summer, but we have a couple of fans going and we just get through the day. We have been at this plot for a while now. It’s a good spot because we are close to the main roads. We spend a lot of time checking schedules and making sure the drivers know where they are going. It’s not always smooth; sometimes a truck breaks down or there is a delay at a checkpoint. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest, we just want to make sure the items get to where they need to go. People here work hard and we don't spend much time on fancy meetings. We just talk across the desks and get the job finished. It's a regular workplace for regular people doing a necessary job in the logistics chain.
