We are over in the Morwadi area of Pimpri, which is a big industrial zone in Pune. Specifically, we are at Flat No 15 in Shradha Heritage, right across from where Garaware Wall is located. It is a very busy neighborhood, full of factories and workshops, so there is always a sound of machinery or vehicles in the background. Our office is tucked away in this building, and it's where we handle all the logistics planning for the region. It’s not a very big space, just enough for the team to sit and manage the paperwork and the phone calls. We deal with a lot of spare parts and supply chain stuff, so things can get a bit hectic when a big order comes in. Most of us have been in this industry for years, so we don't need much instruction. We just come in, check what's on the schedule, and get to it. The area has plenty of small tea stalls, which is where you'll find us during our 4 PM break. We don't have any big mission statements or glossy brochures sitting around. It’s just a place where we work hard to keep the supply chain moving in and out of Pimpri. Sometimes the rain makes the Morwadi roads difficult, but we just adjust and keep the trucks moving. It’s a plain, honest job that keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just focus on the task and try to get home before it gets too late.
