We are located in Shreekanthpur, which sits on the outskirts of Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. It’s a good place for us because we have enough room to park the vehicles without getting stuck in the city's famous traffic jams. We handle a variety of logistics tasks here for TVS. Our team is made up of local people who understand how the roads work in this part of the country. We don't have a polished corporate office. It’s more of a functional space where we handle the dispatching and the storage. You’ll usually see someone working on a truck or checking a manifest in the yard. It is noisy and busy, but we like it that way. We don't use any fancy language to talk about what we do. We just help move stuff. Whether it is a small box or a whole truckload, we treat it the same. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the news while we wait for the next load to arrive. It’s a very human way of doing business. We know our customers by name, and they know they can just come by if they need to talk. We don't have a set mission or a list of values on the wall. We just show up and do our best to make sure everything reaches its destination. It’s a simple business built on hard work and local knowledge.
