Out in Hadapsar, at the Unmesh Apartments, you'll find us working away. It’s a busy area near Gadital, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been at C-4 for a while, managing the logistics side of things for TVS. It’s not a fancy corporate tower; it’s just a regular apartment building where we’ve set up shop. We deal with a lot of moving parts every day. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when three things happen at once, but we manage. We aren't the type to use big business jargon. We just talk about trucks, timing, and where the crates are sitting. Pune is a big hub for this kind of work, so we stay pretty busy. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, and the fan in the corner makes a clicking noise, but it’s home for us. We spend our hours checking routes and making sure the paperwork matches the loads. It’s honest work that doesn't need much explaining. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we know the shortcuts and the trouble spots. We don't put on a show for anyone. If you come by, you’ll just see people working at desks and drinking tea. We focus on the task at hand and try to get home on time when the work is done. It’s just how we run things here every single day.
