Our base is in Bhose, which is in the Pandharpur taluka of Pune district. It’s a bit of a rural setting, quite far out from the main Pune city chaos. We have been here for a while, working out of a simple setup that fits the local environment. Most of the people working here are locals who understand the roads and the shortcuts around this part of Maharashtra. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too hot, because once the heat hits, everything moves a bit slower. We handle a lot of logistics work, mostly involving shipments that pass through this region. It isn't a high-tech office with fancy furniture; it's more about practical tables, ledgers, and a lot of phone calls to drivers and vendors. We deal with the usual stuff like power cuts and the slow pace of village life, but the work gets done regardless. Sometimes we have to wait for hours for a truck to arrive, so we sit and talk about the weather or the crops nearby. It's a very straightforward way of working. No one wears suits here, just regular clothes and a focus on getting the cargo where it needs to go. We are just a group of people trying to keep things organized in this corner of Pune, making sure the paper trail stays clean and clear for everyone.
