Our place is Tvs Logistics Ltd and we are located in Charholi Bk. That’s in the Haveli taluka, right near Pune. The pin code here is 412105 if you’re looking us up on a map. Charholi has grown quite a bit over the last few years, but it still feels like a village in some parts. We have our yard and office space here. Most of the guys working here are from the local area. We handle the usual logistics stuff like keeping track of inventory and making sure the lorries get out on time. It’s a lot of physical work and paperwork combined. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren’t a big corporate office with fancy slogans on the walls. It’s more about getting the loads ready and checking the manifests. The roads around Charholi can be a bit narrow for the big trucks, so there is always a bit of a challenge there. We’ve been here for a while and most people in the neighborhood know us. It’s a decent place to work. We have our set routines. Morning meetings are short and to the point. We just focus on what needs to be moved that day. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do. We don’t really make a big fuss about things.
